The AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Program provides business, technical and enablement benefits to AWS Partners who have deep expertise across the AWS platform, and who use that knowledge to provide guidance to customers through the entire next generation MSP engagement lifecycle: plan/design >> build/migrate >> run/operate >> optimize.

As the AWS MSP Program Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for shaping, evangelizing, and day-to-day management of our MSP Partner Program working cross-functionally with AWS teams around the world.

Responsibilities:

− Own, manage, and develop day to day operations of all aspects of the MSP Partner Program, including processing applications, coordination with audit firm, and communications with partners

− Work with partners, AWS sales and partner teams, and AWS HQ teams to execute and continually improve the MSP Program framework

− Build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive roadmap and program evolution

− Provide AWS management with analytics and metrics-based reporting

− Create positioning, messaging, web content, whitepapers, case studies and technical documentation in conjunction with the APN team, partner marketing and solution architects

− Engage with partners and internal teams to education and evangelize the next gen MSP program messaging and education

− Gather, organize, and report partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer and partner experience resulting from the program

− Develop, launch and manage growth of program benefits
