Molecular - Customer Success - IT Project Manager

Have you successfully managed large-scale IT [type] projects? Do you like managing all aspects of a project? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highly complex projects?

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to:

* provide technical and business support for our platform with a major focus on customer success
* help us scale from one customer to many, even thousands
* maintain a constant and permanent focus on helping customers
* provide customer facing support that covers the relationship with the technical engineering teams and the customers who are using technologies for the first time at UBS
* work with our core development team by addressing issues, and keeping track of the end-to-end issues until solved
* assist in on-boarding projects to actually reaching production as the UBS strategic technologies
* work with the cutting edge technology teams
* provide documentation and training to other specialists and to our End Users
* become Subject Matter Experts for Molecular topics, and act as the liaison between customers and L3 resources
* take on support activities for other application within the SCCM based mainly on Linux infrastructure
