THE ROLE

As a Mobile App Developer this is your opportunity to:

* Use your knowledge and experience with native and cross-platform mobile development to design and develop mobile applications for Resideo that enable our products and services.
* Use your experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
* Work within a full stack Scrum team to deliver high quality mobile experience to our customers.
* Identify and propose technical improvements using your software engineering knowledge and principals
* Establish and extend automated software delivery pipeline for mobile app
* Accelerate innovation and growth, teaming with the world's most talented engineers

YOU MUST HAVE:

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or 2 years of software development work experience
* At least 2 year of experience developing native mobile applications for iOS or Android
* At least 2 year of experience with cross platform mobile app development frameworks / tools such as React Native and NativeScript

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

* Experience developing native iOS and Android apps in Swift and Java that leverage device features such as Bluetooth, Location Services and Wi-Fi.
* Front end development experience with Angular
* Knowledge and experience with REST principles and experience using GraphQL
* Experience with Appium for automated testing of NativeScript applications
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Strong debugging skills
* Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
* Experience with software versioning systems using GIT. GitHub / BitBucket experience a plus
