Job Description

ROLE:

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the computers and programs that we use in the company. Your main tasks will be:

* Maintenance of computers and installed software.
* Manage the maintenance of the office's network equipment
* Give support to users:
* About the software used in the company.
* When users have problems with their computers and/or external hardware & accessories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the administrative and technical functionality

Developing the computer system in a way which is user-friendly for the team and other employees

Troubleshoot for issues related to Operating systems, network issues, and software upgradation or installation

Check and ensure systems are updated and perform system diagnosis repair and update at regular intervals

Upgrades of hardware and software systems

Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems

Ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and break down a task into logical steps

Ability to adapt, estimate workload, solve problems, self-improve and suggest new ways of improvement

Good communication skills

Comfortable working with an international organization

Knowledge of Kanban methodology is a plus
