Job Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to provide leadership and Human Capital Management expertise to a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office (PEO) at the historic Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to U.S. Navy clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Mid-Level Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

* Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Responsibilities:

* Report to the PEO's Director of Corporate Operations (GS-15 level)
* Manage PEO's SharePoint Site
* Manage PEO employee professional development, including the PEO's Mentoring Program; rotational assignments and opportunities; and the Sect 852 Defense Acquisition Workforce Development Fund provided to the PEO
* Assist with processing PEO employee official travel requests and claims using the Defense Travel System (DTS). Assist with resolving any employee real time travel issues as needed
* Coordinate graphics and printing requests as needed
* Perform special assignments as requested by the client

Experience Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience, preferably in support of the Department of Defense. Prior experience with US Navy or NAVSEA is a plus.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of some or all of the following:
* Employee training and professional development, including US Government Training and Development policy and practices
* JTR (Joint Travel Regulations), GSA per diem, and DTS requirements
* SharePoint Site Collection Administration


* Experience in interfacing with senior DoD or Navy civilian and military personnel
* Ability to lead working IPTs
* Skilled with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Educational Requirements:

* Minimum requirements are a High School diploma or GED. Bachelor degree is desired
* Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with the Society for Human Resource Management is a plus
