We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join our project team in building and implementing enterprise grade software systems. This role will coordinate multiple simultaneous software development project efforts and define best practices and standards. Required Qualifications

Responsibilities/Duties:

* Participate in requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams and workflows
* Assist the Product Owner with Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization
* Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
* Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities
* Analyze existing business process to identify gaps and areas of improvement
* Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements
* Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
* Support quality assurance and UAT activities
* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Development teams to assure requirements are well understood and that system design, test plans and test strategy are optimal
* Manage multiple concurrent tasks and adhere to project schedules
* Provide project management support

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
* Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
* Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Agile projects
* Must have knowledge of English language, style, usage and composition
* Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment
* Must be organized and detail-oriented

Education/Certification Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Agile Training or Certification is a plus

Mandatory Qualifications

* Salient CRGT will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this opening
* The ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance is required including residency in the United States a minimum of three (3) of the past five (5) years

* Involvement on IT projects supporting systems used by FDA's systems
* Agile training or certifications
* Experience implementing DevOps and Continuous Integration
