DESCRIPTION:

We want to add you as a core top performer to our team of Microsoft .NET Developers building applications using Agile/SCRUM Methods for a variety of clients.

POSITION DETAILS:

* LOCATION: D.C. Metro (Multiple Locations & Ashburn, VA HQ)
* EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Minimum of 8 years' experience in technology development using .NET Framework.
* DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: MCPD, MCSD, MCAD, MTA
* EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science. Four added years of experience or Technical certifications may be substituted in lieu of education/degree
* WORK STATUS: Must Be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Eligible to work in the U.S. be clearable or have an Active Public Trust/Secret Clearance or above.
* JOB STATUS: Full-Time Position with Xgility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As XGILITYs ideal candidate you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and troubleshooting skills with Microsoft .NET technologies to help our client Achieve Transformational Results and be responsible for driving the following with our client:

* Lead client interaction to gather business requirements and develop concepts of operations

Automate processes, develop a proof of concepts, develop and enhance prototypes, and create production applications
* Demonstrated experience with the design and development of User Interfaces (UI)
* Advise and assist in the selection, use, and performance tuning of technical tools
* Analyze and manipulate exceptionally large data sets
* Assess and recommend new technology/solutions
* Clearly, communicate (written and orally) technical issues and solutions to non-technical staff.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will use your Microsoft.Net programming knowledge to create and architect enterprise solutions that help our client drive its business mission and meet its corporate goals using the following technologies:
