Job Description

Q Analysts is looking for Moderators to help support several different projects for our client Microsoft. Roles will be onsite in Redmond, WA. Requires an ability to work independently based on verbal input from the client. Also requires a quick ability to learn new systems and processes and make recommendations leveraging their past experiences. This is a long term project opportunity.

Moderator 1

* Capture data for the project assigned aiming to reach the goal set each day
* Recruit
* Read scripts at the start of EACH phase of a project
* End of day reports
* total captures for the day, issues occurred, and summary


* Troubleshooting
* Common troubleshooting steps across project
* Do not trouble shoot for more than 30 minutes. It may be a quick fix that needs to be made in the code, or it could be something bigger.



Moderator 2

* Ability to mitigate issues
* Communicating issues to PC
* Assist in creating daily capture plan
* Capture data for the project assigned aiming to reach the goal set each day
* Recruit
* Read scripts at the start of EACH phase of a project
* End of day reports
* Troubleshooting

Moderator 3

* Confident to independently capture GTR core projects
* Ability to train and communicate fellow moderators on capture process and changes
* Drive efficiencies in capture process with PC
* Responsible to hit daily capture goal
* Recruit
* Read scripts at the start of EACH phase of a project
* End of day reports
* Troubleshooting
