We have an immediate need for a Microsoft Dynamics Delivery Lead for Cognizant's EAS practice. You will be in a client facing leadership role servicing global clients and providing industry solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement implementations * Strong project and program management skills * Experience in leading large programs across service lines * Experience with case management functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement * Responsible for working with the client's project/ product manager to ensure successful delivery of the project * Strong agile experience required. * Experience with leading agile programs for banking clients required * Strong Customer stakeholder and communication management skills * Status reporting, steering meetings, risk, issue management * Strong team leading skills. * Responsible for managing the Cognizant delivery team on the ground * Responsible for the overall health of the project; ensure the project gets delivered as per agreed scope and schedule; in case of scope creep, agree with client and stakeholders on new timelines, cost and scope and the change management process
