The Microsoft Dynamics Solution Developer will develop and deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Develop reusable solutions that deliver business value to our clients and are synergistic with other FI Consulting solutions and capabilities
* Serve as the as the go-to Dev lead for FI Consulting's Dynamics-based business solutions
* Demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 solutions
* Coach other FI Consulting technical professionals to become well-versed in developing Dynamics 365 solutions
* Participate in technical, integration and data migration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.
* Provide required technical support to our customers during and after Dynamics 365 solution implementations
* Write documentation of work
* Stay current on Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform components, and related technologies, particularly Azure stack technologies that support the solution
* Articulate and demonstrate the possibilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Applications/Power Platform) to create new line of business applications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.)
* Four (4) plus years of experience developing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CE and Business Applications Platform including custom development, deployment, operation and maintenance support
* Experience integrating external data and systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
* 5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft development technologies, including ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL server, and Azure
* Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Flow, and the Common Data Service.
* Up to date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) (e.g., customization and configuration, deployment, etc.

Additional desired qualifications:

* Master's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.) OR additional years of direct experience beyond those already mentioned.
* Experience with multiple end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365
* Two or more years of experience with Agile development
* Experience developing visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
* Professional IT consulting experience
