Job Description

Raytheon is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead with modified responsibilities to oversee the leadership of multiple tasks in support of NASA's EOSDIS Evolution and Development -2 (EED-2) program, a key program in NASA's Earth Science Climate research. The tasks are varied around agile developed products in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and span across functional organizations. The IPT lead role will primarily be responsible for cost account management, task leadership for proposals and task reports. Technical oversight is performed by SAFe train leadership which requires coordinated support and ownership of resources by the IPT lead. The IPT Lead will also support the Program Management Office with process ownership and execution program services such as position requisitions, and staffing strategy to meet program needs. The IPT Lead can be a member of the SAFe train leadership, specifically a Release Train Engineer. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Coordinates and maintains internal and external communication with development/user organizations. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Required:

At least five years as Integrated Product Lead experience with various teams to support statement of work with supply chain support, financial support, engineering support, contracts support, deployment support and property support.

Scaled Agile Framework certification and at least two years SAFe experience.

Two years of Earned Value Management System experience, with budget estimation, allocation and monitoring with variance reporting.

Desired:

At least two years NASA Earth Science Program support

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of related experience.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
