Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Configuration Analysis Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.
Manages the Configuration Data Management B-2 Section for the PAICoE Systems Engineering and Electronics & Payloads Directorate; System Management and Control (SM&C) department. Reports directly to the PAICoE System Management and Control Department Manager. This position provides functional management (≈ 15%) and Configuration Data Management expertise on program(s) (≈ 85%). Functional Management responsibilities include; staffing for all Palmdale CDM positions within the PAICoE organization, performance reviews; initial goal setting, mid-year and end of year Performance reviews, 1:1 reviews with CDM staff, conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings, . Program Configuration Data Management duties include; scheduling, coordination, release and control of program documentation, engineering drawings, procurement specifications, Deviation/Waiver coordination and processing through appropriate NGC and Government offices, Supplier data submittals (SDRNs), coordination and approval, reviews status of projects, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Manages CM at Government offices in Dayton which ensures customer coordination and approval for contract requirements. Ensures coordination across Palmdale, Oklahoma City and Dayton locations
* Bachelor's Degree with 7 Years of experience
* Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, as well as proven leadership and management skills.
* Current and active Secret clearance with Periodic Review or investigation within the last 6 years.
* Ability to obtain Program Access.
* Masters Degree
* Previous Management experience.
* Currently possesses program access.
* Top Secret Clearance
