Job Description

Description:Seeking a self-starting Metrics and Data Analyst to support all aspects of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) completion on the F-35 Program. Selected candidate will be responsible for Shattering Silos by working across the enterprise to ensure CLIN completion processes most efficiently enable On-Time Delivery of F-35 contract deliverables. Activities will include:

* Coordination with F-35 Contracts organization to ensure contractual language supports delivery of technical evidence required by the customer.
* Shattering silos with the Development, Production & Sustainment Program offices to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting delivery status
* Interfacing with the DCMA and Joint Program Office customers to communicate monthly progress on CLIN completions for all F-35 contracts.
* Identifying and implementing technology solutions to reduce the manual workload required to compile and reconcile completion evidence to support on time delivery to the contract period of performances.
* Drive Change by engaging on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for root causes hindering on time delivery.
* Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics/Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience

Desired Skills:

* Experience with programming languages and tools for data manipulation and statistical analysis
* MBA, Data Science Masters, or Masters in related field
* Experienced with analytics visualizations
* Experience with scoping problems
* Experience designing / writing functionality requirements
* Experience with data modeling
* Familiarity in incorporating new technology capability into design development
* Effective problem-solving skills demonstrated through related work experience
* Strong communication skills
