NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Medical Device Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:

The individual will be responsible for the following:

* Acts as the key client contact and project leader for client solutions in a complex environment
* Applies state-of-the-art knowledge of technology alternatives and generates leading edge technical solutions
* Manages to completion projects that span multifunctional, multinational and multiple sites
* Develops and maintains effective relationships with leadership in targeted companies and participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions
* Designs and delivers multiple enterprise-wide system solutions to the external client
* Identifies and develops new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients
* Viewed as a technology expert and may speak at conferences and publish white papers
* Participates in applicable win loss reviews and incorporates insights into future solution

Job Skills:

* Knowledge of medical device business process, from manufacturing to supply chain to (compound) product development and current industry challenge
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, including yet not limited to industry frameworks such as TOGAF and/or FEAF showcasing full stack familiarity along with leading software package solutions (ERP, architecture, and automation) most notably pharma / medical device industry oriented (QMS and 3PL)
* Skilled in SI pursuit and capture process, including drawing from, and creating, executive facing content along with tactical detailed content to showcase IT solutions related to industry challenges
* Skilled in facilitation related to storyboarding, solutioning, and full EA stack components of an IT solution that stretches the gamut of business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture, including process automation toolset
* Ability to personally draft proposal, statement of work, and contract narratives related to industry trends and challenges along with approaches to support improvements using IT, leveraging both the written word and in-person storytelling
* Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization, as a self-starter and play the role of point for a client, taking on the client perspective of what an IT solution should feel like from an implementation and operational perspective, including experience with estimating lifecycle programs; considered expert in presentation, influence and persuasion abilities

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Device Business Process as outlined in Job Skills
* This position requires someone who can travel within US domestic or occasionally international up to 50%
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education
