If so, then we have a perfect opportunity for you to join the Technical Partner Operations team at Netflix. We are a small team focused on guiding the film and television industry into the future and allowing a simple, scalable, elegant path towards delivering source media to Netflix. Come join us as we transform the industry from Broadcast and Home Video into 4K, IMF, HDR, TTML, available anywhere, anytime.

You will act as the front-line technical resource for both internal operational teams as well as external Fulfillment Partners delivering content to Netflix from across the globe. We have hundreds of partners delivering digital video, audio, subtitles, and other assets for our service. You will help delivery partners by advising them on technical specifications, workflows, and solutions when they encounter issues or have questions. You will be paired with a technical lead, who is focused on innovative and strategic advances in the media industry.
