Job Description

TechTarget is leading the B2B tech market for Purchase Intent products according to Forrester. We need to take the next step in terms of how well these products are integrated into the MarTech applications and workflows of our customers to ensure their success. TechTarget is looking for a leader of our Integration Services effort for TechTarget's IT Deal Alert/purchase intent products and our clients' marketing technology tools. This person will have deep, practical experience with MarTech tools, a strong technical aptitude, proven problem solving abilities, and be interested in building a framework of services and content, while being hands-on with customers. The candidate will be very organized, recognize the value of process, handle details well and be accountable.

Essential Job Functions

* Work directly with TechTarget customers and internal teams to integrate TechTarget's purchase intent/IT Deal Alert products with our customers Marketing Automation and CRM applications
* Lead the effort to develop a process across our post-sales teams that makes all integrations go more smoothly and be more effective when complete. This process must scale to handle hundreds of new customers.
* Troubleshoot and problem solve the current state of integrations with our customers
* Serve as our resident expert on B2B Marketing Automation and CRM platforms for pre-sales, post-sales and product teams.
* Project manage customer integrations ensuring that all teams have the appropriate visibility, all tasks are completed, all issues are addressed as well as the facilitation of a clean hand-off to our Client Services team
* Collaborate with Product Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success team to develop customer-facing materials on the process and our point of view on the best Martech application practices and policies to take advantage of our ITDA products.
* Lead training and development efforts for customer facing and support teams to get them to be effective participants in the integration/customer worklow products.

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of in-app working experience with multiple Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems such as SalesForce, Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot, preferably in a technical/administrative manner
* Experience in a Tech Support/Solutions Services role for a software solution is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
* Proven systematic thinking at identifying potential issues and risks early in an implementation cycle or process and ability to develop backup strategies and contingency plans
* Excellent organizational skills. Able to prioritize, manage, execute multiple projects cross-functionally and react effectively when priorities change
* Scaling mindset - recognizes the need to enable others to do more and more advanced work to serve a process.
* Customer service mentality and the ability to work with customer contacts at all levels
* Experience working in a project management capacity a plus
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen attention to detail
