KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audio Services to join our KPMG Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize Cisco network management software and hardware to identify and correct problems with the voice communications equipment and provide configuration and problem resolution support for the company's Voice platforms; Manage projects with vendors, to install equipment for new and renovation facilities
* Evaluate with engineering team and assist with implementing new technologies for voice communications and explore options on programming required to monitor and maintain Voice platforms; Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production and deployment problems
* Lead and perform equipment, software, and firmware updates as recommended by industry standards and directed by the Engineering Team
* Research and investigate new and current VoIP tools; Work with architecture team on platform recommendations and perform testing in a lab environment
* Train and assist Sr. Technology resources, for site implementation and VoIP platform troubleshooting; Perform routine system administration tasks including OS and application patches, upgrades and backups
* Build, maintain, and promote strong technical documentation

Qualifications:

* Minimum of five years of IT Experience in supporting, maintaining, and configuring Cisco network equipment and operating systems
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Experience with implementation, operation, optimization, and how to secure different facets of the KPMG Unified Communications (UC) environment
* Hands on experience with network routing, switching, and firewall platforms
* Design and implement changes to the Nectar UC monitoring infrastructure, Oracle Acme packet platform and Skype for Business Server 2015
* US Citizenship is required
