Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

FULLBEAUTY Brands Transformation Program consists of multiple initiatives that target top-line improvement and cost reduction to drive growth of the business and to improve the profitability. The Manager of Transformation would lead a Sr. Analyst and would conduct analyses and generate insights. This person should be able to tell a story using data and analytics, as well as ask questions and present solutions to the business.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will work with cross-functional teams, gather data from various sources and systems, analyze large data sets, and generate fact-based insights. This individual would partner closely with the SVP, Finance on financial and operational analyses. Other duties include:

* Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure completion within defined timelines
* Acting as a liaison between key stakeholders and the project team members to ensure transparency in expected outcomes for the project
* Learning about the operations of key functional areas of the company to ensure key stakeholders are properly identified before projects begin and as projects evolve
* Creating presentation materials as needed for project teams and functional meetings
* Communicating project status with key stakeholders
* Completing and finalization of projects including education sessions on the new processes
* Ad hoc reporting & analysis where required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree in business/finance/accounting
* 5-7 years of relevant work experience
* Prior retail experience preferred
* Consulting experience preferred
* Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization
* Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
* Ability to develop good work relations with cross functional teams
* Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and executives
* Experience with retail, or direct-to-consumers businesses is preferred
* Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
