We're on the hunt for an experienced Training & Implementation Manager who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as the Training & Implementation Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are volunteers are responsible for - their mission. The 80's, as we call them at Solera, are the employee's priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80's for this role, are:

1. Setup, train, and manage the customer's user base on the HyperQuest technology platform

2. Develop and implement rollout strategies for HyperQuest customers

3. Manage customer expectations related to deliverables, commitments and deadlines

Additional responsibilities of the role include:

* Support HyperQuest customers and users in a Help Desk environment
* Interact directly with key personnel at HyperQuest customers
* Achieve personal and group performance objectives for customer satisfaction.
* Provide input on new services that are needed to support HyperQuest growth goals
* Maintain professional correspondence with customers relating to any ongoing activities, discussions or decisions
* Work directly with the different departments within HyperQuest to get answers to, or resolve any customer requests or identified issues
* Manage assignments made to HyperQuest personnel to ensure timely delivery
* Escalate any issues directly to supervisor

Are You Qualified?

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred, or Equivalent Work Experience
* Computer Skills: Must be proficient with computers and have strong working knowledge of the Internet and web-based software. Must be comfortable using the Microsoft Suite of applications
* Excellent spreadsheet and database skills are required
* High-energy attitude, and will flourish in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment filled with extensive customer interaction
* Strong customer service skills, including but not limited to, the building of personal relationships over the phone
* Willingness to travel to client offices
* Must work effectively in managing ongoing client relationships and commitments combined with new customer implementations
