Job Responsibilities:

The Talent Technology Program/Project Manager will drive projects and support systems aligned with the Contingent Workforce, which includes applications such as Fieldglass, Avature and others.

This role requires a deep understanding of the strategy, process and operational procedures of the Contingent Workforce. Candidates for the Project Manager role should have/or will develop an understanding of vendor management systems, applicant tracking systems and the current system landscape in order to be able to frame up and drive the development of a future technology strategy for the Program Management Office teams (PMO). The program/project manager also plays a key role in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and educating users on future enhancements.

This role will also be the technical escalation and operational support contact for the Contingent Workforce, including first-line support for technology questions and issues working closely with vendors (e.g., Fieldglass - cloud solution), ITS (Technical sysadmin), and the Program Management Office (PMO) business to ensure the technology supports the processes/business.

Fieldglass is a SAP Vendor Management System (VMS) that supports/enables the workflow and onboarding for contingent workforce. The users of the system are primarily Talent but the content housed in the system includes financial information so it is a system that crosses both Talent and Finance. Users of the system are made up of 4 different Program Management Offices (PMO) including: CTS (Talent Shared Services) - CTS US and CTS USI (India), CWS (Consulting), DOT (Deloitte Open Talent - independent contractors).

Program/project management tasks include the following:

* Act as the liaison between PMO teams and ITS team on Contingent Workforce related issues.
* Manage first-line support for technology questions and issues, working with USI support team, ITS and vendors to resolve issues and defects.
* Manage USI support team responding to first level queries from PMO teams and provide second level support using ServiceNow and Salesforce queues.
* Manage deliverables to meet target due dates, promote efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Drive efforts to keep project teams on task and guide to successful delivery.
* Ensure that initiation, planning, execution and monitoring phases of the project are effectively performed to meet strategic priorities and project objectives.
* Provide scoping, tracking, reporting, issue/risk management and partner with technology and stakeholders to prioritize activities and business needs.
* Ensure that an effective means for managing quality, risks and issues are in place.
* Drive cross PMO discussions on process ideas, decision points on template or system changes.
* Coordinate enhancements prioritization with the PMO leads.
* Serve as a business advisor on configurations and workflows to meet business needs.
* Translate business processes and use cases into technical configurations and design, and translate technical processes into training documentation.
* Coordinate with PMO teams to address requests or issues, including asking clarifying questions to fully understand the request, driving to root cause and working towards a solution where possible.
* Manage system administration including new system roles and users.
* Monitor vendor new releases, test system against multiple workflows; identify implications, manage changes, and communicate to appropriate system users.
* Update document templates and other system content as needed.
* Manage relationships with integrated technology vendors, working with account reps and technical personnel as necessary.
* Respond to various requests from InfoSecurity on current vendor solutions

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Direct experience with recruiting or vendor management technology and working through the development lifecycle.
* Strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
* Excellent project management skills. Ability to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans accordingly.
* Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Background and experience with Talent systems and processes.
* Relationship management skills.
* Experience collaborating across geographies to manage work delivery from USI.
* Consultative skill set.
* Ability to drive process efficiencies.
* Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Should have good general technology skills and good IT aptitude.
* Ability to link strategy/vision to design/delivery.
* Proven process design skills
