Financial Ledger & Accounting Systems (FLASH), a division within Amazon's eCommerce Foundation Organization (eCF) is leading big innovations in business systems integration and financial data processing. Our systems are advancing one of the world's most scalable, reliable, and secure e-commerce platforms that processes hundreds of billions of dollars in transactions, in multiple currencies and countries.

FLASH team is looking for an experienced manager to lead its Business Integrations space. The role involves managing a set of Technical Program Managers and Financial Systems Analysts that advise the technology teams in Amazon to seamlessly integrate with home grown financial systems for accurate and timely Financial Reporting.

Successful candidates will possess a well-rounded technical background in software and financial systems management, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities, as well as people management experience. Maturity, good judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
