Job Description

The AWS SaaS Factory program is centered around understanding the needs of SaaS providers and equipping them with the technical and business guidance they need to be successful. This is key to driving a SaaS providers success on the AWS platform. Addressing this market need is the goal of the SaaS Factory program. Amazon Web Services is looking for world class candidates to lead our Partner Solution architects, working with top ISVs and SI that are building SaaS on Amazon Web Services.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team that is engaging and guiding organizations that are all phases of adoption of a SaaS delivery model. You'll be responsible for helping build and develop a team of solutions architects that is delivering with SaaS providers, engaging with the leadership at SaaS providers, and partnering with internal AWS SaaS stakeholders. You will work alongside AWS product teams to help map AWS services to the needs of SaaS providers, directly impacting the ability for AWS to accelerate and optimize the global delivery of SaaS solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate has experience building and leading distributed teams of solutions architects or similar roles at large enterprises. Hands on experience working on complex SaaS architecture or legacy application modernization is a big plus. Previous experience with AWS is desired but not required, provided you have experience working in complex virtualization environments.
