Job Description

* Experience in Managing Onshore/Offshore project model.
* Experience in enterprise BI solutions using the Kimball methodology
* Work with business teams to define business rules for business intelligence analysis
* Develop scalable and maintainable business applications to meet the business needs.
* Define BI standards, guidelines and best practices for business groups and technical teams.
* Diagnose and resolve BI tools capacity issues.
* Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of BI tools.
* Understand conceptual, logical, and physical data models
* Very Strong SQL skills required.
* Experience in ETL for the BI solution using SSIS
* Proficient using SSRS
* Develop DB applications using Microsoft Azure platform.
* Provides support for production execution and delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions
* Automate activities wherever possible to minimize resource needs
* Maintain accurate and complete technical architectural documents.
* Ensures understanding of and adherence to corporate policies and practices and established facility work rules Reviews
* Support BI tools upgrades in development, testing and documentation.
* Mentor Team members.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 8-10 of professional experience
* 5 years of architect/development experience in MS SQL Server and the BI stack.
* Experience in Microsoft BI stack (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
* Proficient in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture
* Experience in Data Analysis
* Experience in Dimensional Modeling
