You will have strong ownership of the design, implementation, and shipping of services and features, and you will see the positive impact your work delivers directly to customers. You will work with a talented, agile team that ships product, and have the opportunity to work with innovative technology to scale a novel web service. You should have a passion for building and growing high-performing teams, be able to communicate vision to your team and to leadership, and know how to prioritize in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities. Ideally, you have experience in operating web services with excellence, a record of accomplishment of delivering high quality technology, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
