Job Description

Duties:

* Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures;
* Provide coaching on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, XP, Lean and Kanban at all levels of business to guide the transformation of software development and delivery practices;
* Create Enterprise Agile transformation roadmaps at the portfolio/program, product and team levels;
* Formulate the right Enterprise Agile transformation framework (utilizing tenets from SAFe, LeSS, Spotify etc.) to align with the client vision, strategy and objectives;
* Oversee the Change Management effort during the Agile Transformation journey;
* Provide insight to team members toward the adoption of Agile principles and engineering practices;
* Consult clients in reorganizing Organization Structure and Operating Model and align Business and IT;
* Set up Transformation team structure, cadence and Governance mechanism;
* Conduct Release Planning and Program Increment Planning workshops;
* Facilitate workshops for Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Product Roadmapping and Value Stream Mapping; and
* Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers and Testers to guide the organization towards Behaviour Driven Development.

Requirements:

* Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation.
* Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Agile Coaching; Agile Methodology - Scrum; DevOps; Test Automation; Organizational Change Management; Agile Methodology - XP; Agile Methodology - Kanban; Agile Methodology - SAFe; Value Stream Mapping; Behavior Driven Development; and Lean Software Development.
* Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
