Job Summary

The Services Manager will supervise a team of Project Managers, responsible for delivering client facing services projects. This person will be responsible for the inspiration, development, organization and execution of the Project Management team.

This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, Texas location.

Responsibilities/Job Function

Include, but are not limited to:

* Oversight of SHI and partner delivered services engagements, including customer escalations.
* Oversight and mentoring of both Partner and Internal Delivery Project Managers, including ongoing review of performance.
* Development and management of training plans for PMO to facilitate on-boarding.
* Management of project issue escalations to an agreeable outcome.
* Participation in business strategy discussions as needed
* Preparation of personnel reviews including achievements, goal performance and development opportunities
* Ongoing collaboration with internal Technical staff focusing on optimization of project delivery.
* Ongoing collaboration with Partner Program Manager focusing on improvement of the partner-delivered project process.
* Act as subject matter expert in matters pertaining to project management.
* Provide subject matter expertise in development of statements of work and applicable templates.

Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Competent and proficient with Microsoft Office products
* Supervisory experience in a virtual team environment
* Completed bachelor's or graduate level degree
* 5+ years in a project management supervisory role
