Job Description

Achieve3000, the leader in online differentiated instruction that serves millions of students worldwide, is looking for a Manager of Business Systems to join a team in Red Bank, New Jersey.

The Manager of Business Systems will oversee Achieve3000's business systems including Merkato, Salesforce, NetSuite, and ETL. Working with business process owners, define and support the business systems roadmap to support global expansion and managing the technical team supporting these. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company to manage demand, set priorities, and ensure the systems meet business goals as well as being a solid foundation to support future growth. You will "roll-up" your sleeves as a contributor and will also be charged with leading and managing the technology team. Under the guidance of the VP of Enterprise Business Systems you will establish and maintain standards and tools across business systems, based on industry best practices, and act as a change agent to standardize important processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor everyday operations of application development team and provide regular feedback.
* Assist internal departments and provide regular feedback to operation team.
* Develop professional relations with customer and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements.
* Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve same.
* Prepare designs and maintain cost for various business application developments.
* Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements.
* Hire and monitor efficient work for System Analysts and programmers.
* Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
* Develop work schedules and ensure all application work within work schedule.
* Manage efficient work of various teams and participate in associate activities.
* Determine and analyze various processes and implement changes for improvement.
* Collaborate with architectural and quality assurance team and achieve all quality deliverables.
* Perform research and develop new systems and applications for new and present systems.
* Administer departmental programs for organization.
* Manage and provide support to critical business application systems.
* Plan budgets and manage all operations within control expenses.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a relevant discipline
* Minimum three years of managing a business systems team of engineers, admins and business analyst
* Working experience in an agile environment
* Salesforce certification or 5+ years of Salesforce development
* 5+ years of ERP (preferably cloud based), NetSuite experience a plus
* Experience managing a marketing automation platform, Marketo preferred
* Experience managing a reporting environment supporting Finance, Sales, and Marketing
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability and experience to transform raw data into visually meaningful and impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations understandable to both technical and non-technical audience.
