Overview and Responsibilities

With media networks reaching approximately 700 million global subscribers, Viacom's leading brands include Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, BET, Comedy Central, TV Land, & Paramount network.

We are looking for a Technical Manager that will be responsible for two security services: Cyber Security Metrics Reporting and Awareness & Education.

This position will report to the VP, IT Risk Mitigation & Education.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Managing IT Security Metrics Reporting service & Security Awareness and Education service
* You will Define, implement and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to key Cyber Security deliverables and processes
* Collaborate with Cyber Security staff to obtain metrics data in a usable format
* Provide reporting that is tailored to the needs and requirements of the audience including; delivery of high quality dashboards, reports and presentations for senior level executives
* Provide analysis of operational metrics - define, refine and report on key cyber metrics
* Maintain quality, coverage, and relevancy of reporting while streamlining and automating report creation process
* Administration of 3rd party hosted anti-phishing application
* Create/distribute Cyber Security related content via multiple mediums
* Create/maintain/track custom and hosted Cyber Security on-line training

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cyber metrics development
* Experience preparing metrics reports and dashboards for all levels of an enterprise including Senior Management
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications

* Familiarization with NIST, ISO and/or other security standards a plus
* Prior educational program management experience (Cyber focus preferred)
* Large scale simulated phishing campaign administration experience
* Skilled knowledge of Cyber metrics and reporting
* Skilled in various reporting tools/mechanisms as well as a quick aptitude for learning new tools
* Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
* Self-directed, technical and experienced in IT process and reporting analysis
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues and ideas
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Project Management
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
