Responsibilities

Successful candidate will be part of the Information Technology team focused on supporting all business units across the organization with a focus on ERP Financial systems. The role will be the main point of contact for coordinating IT related activities including project management, interfaces/integrations, configuration management, and process improvement. The role will interact with subject matter experts from the business, senior management, IT business analysts, and vendors.

Responsibilities Include:

* Working with functional areas to understand business processes and aid users in becoming more efficient and effective in using ERP and associated systems
* Partnering with business liaisons, technical teams, and key strategic ERP solutions partners to help develop the vision of the technology service and to define system goals and technical system requirements
* Overseeing communicating business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed in support of enterprise systems
* Vendor management to ensure delivery of quality products and responding to the company's needs while developing a beneficial business relationship
* Managing the configuration and setup of the ERP-related solutions
* Creating technical specifications and processes using structured analysis
* Assisting technical groups in revising logic for performance efficiency
* Building and leveraging automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time
* Understanding system interdependencies as well as existing and anticipated ERP functionality
* Coordinating project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Participating in system and user acceptance testing efforts

Qualifications

* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
* Eight years of experience working with information systems or supporting IT services
* Oracle E-Business Suite v. 12 or higher
* Expertise with Java Web Services and the use of Oracle ERP
* Experience with Integrated Cloud Services (for developing interfaces with 3rd party applications)
* Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud data conversion, Cloud security, Cloud Financials, Cloud delivered Web Services
* Technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reports
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent analytical problem solving and decision making skills within functional and technical areas with keen focus on root cause analysis, problem prevention and system stability
* Strong leadership skills, attention to detail and organization
* Knowledge of application design activities tools and techniques, knowledge and experience with implementing purchased application software; knowledge of application testing and ability to execute
* Proficient in API Design, API lifecycle management & Service Oriented Architecture
