Enterprise Managers are the front lines of our client engagement teams and you should expect to be an immediate contributor on strategic projects conducted for our clients. You will typically lead project teams consisting of one to three other team members. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, building new relationships to expand the account, and ensuring execution and delivery of project work is of high quality. One account may have between 3-5 ongoing projects at a time and projects typically last two weeks to 3 months each.

The Opportunity
Build and manage client relationships with senior-most stakeholders across the world's leading healthcare companies
Manage team members to ensure high quality execution of strategic work
Expand account size through targeted business development efforts
Analyze complex datasets, produce presentation/reports for strategic engagement projects, and develop insights and recommendations for our clients
Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop unique and creative frameworks for solving new problems
Synthesize and communicate results to clients
Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
Work closely with sales teams and principals to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities
Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product
Shape the future of Quid's healthcare business by participating in business "pods" and taking the lead on internal initiatives

Your Qualifications
5+ years of career experience, Healthcare strategy consulting and/or intelligence experience preferred
Bachelor or advanced degree from a top-tier institution
Experience building and growing relationships with clients or customers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem solving abilities
Experience interfacing directly with clients and building trust-based relationships
Ability to rapidly learn new software tools and analytical techniques
A passion for new ways of looking at the world, and applying technology to do so
The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively
Ability to lead and manage a team
