Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, SAP in Denver, CO and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients; participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach. Actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Evaluating clients' technology needs, developing customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Developing SAP technology application authorization concepts to control and regulate system user access. Preparing and conducting unit integration test cases and supporting test executions for automotive companies in SAP service part planning solutions. Developing and installing new business processes to plan forecasted material consumptions with variant configuration to minimize inventory levels. Designing and developing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) interface integration into SAP shop floor control systems to automate order processing and quality management data transfer. Conducting client meetings with business users and functional teams to understand clients' business requirements and to provide technical assistance to help resolve complicated business requirements. Developing and designing applications for line balanced production planning for assembly line production under consideration of scheduling sequencing constraints. Introducing and conducting all related SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC) software application configuration and coordinating technical development work during the application installation. Developing and deploying shop floor execution front end applications to process production order informations by workers material consumptions, machine run time confirmations and label printing.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field.


* Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.


* Must have five years of experience with:
* Developing SAP technology application authorization concepts to control and regulate system user access;


* Preparing and conducting unit integration test cases and supporting test executions for automotive companies in SAP service part planning solutions;


* Developing and installing new business processes to plan forecasted material consumptions with variant configuration to minimize inventory levels;


* Designing and developing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) interface integration into SAP shop floor control systems to automate order processing and quality management data transfer;


* Conducting client meetings with business users and functional teams to understand clients' business requirements and to provide technical assistance to help resolve complicated business requirements;


* Developing and designing applications for line balanced production planning for assembly line production under consideration of scheduling sequencing constraints;


* Introducing and conducting all related SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC) software application configuration and coordinating technical development work during the application installation;

* In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.


* Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.


* 80% travel required.
