As a manager on the Goldwyn program, you will mentor a diverse team of engineers who build, deploy, monitor, maintain and enhance our state-of-the-art systems. This position is part of a larger team that focuses on research and development within the cyber engineering field, investigating and exploiting the newest technological advances to solve complex problems. This group works in close collaboration with its customers throughout the entire development life-cycle. Our work environment is reminiscent of a start-up and values innovation, creativity, and teamwork. Curiosity and determination compliment this team very well and enables the most creative solutions.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with significant technical experience. This is a high visibility role that directly impacts the fundamental functionality and performance of our solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

* Prior leadership experience, such as a team lead or manager role
* Proficiency in one of more of the following domains: systems architecture, network engineering, systems administration, or software engineering

Desired Skills:

* Team-oriented with a fast-learn focus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Genuine interest in new technologies
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Proficient in Cyber security

Experience in one or more of the following will set you apart:

* Configuration management
* Wireless technologies
* Containerization
* Cloud computing
* Automated testing
* Continuous integration/continuous deployment
