Job Description

This Manager position within the GetThere Global Professional Services team is responsible for leading a team of site managers and ensuring that all site management and related projects are managed and completed to a high level of customer satisfaction. This particular position within the team will liaise with internal and external colleagues across the globe while also collaborating on resources with teammates with the GetThere Global Professional Services team. This role will also be asked to give input and execute on business strategies and objectives developed by the Corporate Solutions leadership team.

Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years related experience preferred; prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
* Proven ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously and delegate work to subordinate employees
* Well organized with attention to detail and ability to manage change
* Good project management, organizational planning, and time management skills
* Builds PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks to support business initiatives and processes
* Develops operating manuals, references and training materials for customers and the sales force
* Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders to drive functional and business strategies
* Travel may be required as a part of this role though generally less than 10% of time annually.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
