Manager - Data Solutions Engineer

Job Description

The data solutions engineer will build data pipeline for various data feeds (API, Json, CSV). S/He will also assist data scientist in building models using ML technology. S/He will support all database and analytics needs supporting various lines of business (e.g. Digital Media, fantasy, Video Gaming, TV Ratings), including social media analytics and other fan behaviors. S/He will also be responsible for building ETL Layer to collect, manage, store and analyze all data related.

Required Education and Experience:

* 6 years of database / building database solutions using modern technologies like Cloud Databases, Datawarehousing concepts.
* Deep knowledge of Football and Sports betting systems.
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server BI Stack is required.
* Strong Database Concepts in Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modelling.
* Worked with ingestion of structured and un-structured data (IOT data).
* Knowledge of Glue / Lambda / Athena is a must.
* Strong Analytic and statistics background is a plus.
* Strong python developer for building data factory pipelines.
* Development skills using .Net and Jscript to build Rest API
* Knowledge of packages like panda / numpy is required.
* Scripting languages like shell and unix is a plus
* Data Visualization tools like Qlik / Tableau / PowerBI is a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

* BS Computer Science.
