KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Configuration Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in one of the cities listed within this posting.

Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the Configuration Management processes and its associated activities while managing the implementation and maintenance of all processes and activities according to the objectives, roadmap and strategy outlined for the Configuration Management process
* Design, define and deploy compliance, trend analysis and performance reports on current CIs and their status
* Enact audit practices and conduct audits to confirm responsible parties are in compliance with the Configuration Management processes. Develop and standardize KPI/Metric information and reporting, including a routine production schedule
* Work closely with other IT Service Management (ITSM) process owners to promote close alignment and integration with Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Release Management; Establish a culture of continual service improvement, especially in the automation of processes related to Configuration Management
* Utilize subject matter knowledge regarding Configuration Items, and their relationships and attributes; promote integration and automation of data sources into the Configuration management database (CMDB)
* Research new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyzes their application to current configuration management needs; Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years' experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management, preferably in large enterprise environments
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience with Configuration Management (CMDB)
* Prior knowledge working with ServiceNow
* ITIL Foundation certification is required
* Experience working with and managing small geographically-diverse teams
