Job Description

We need a BI Manager! Within Amazon's Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A), we enjoy a unique vantage point into everything happening within Amazon. As part of that, this role will be part of a team that is responsible for developing the Company's enterprise-wide financial planning & analytics system.

This position will partner with teams across finance to research, design and develop a framework enabling insightful analysis of the businesses to key stakeholders across the entire finance organization. Your team will push traditionally accepted process boundaries and engineer automated scalable solutions leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) to seamlessly integrate the BI tools tool like Cognos Analytics, Tableau, and Quicksight all sourcing data from a multitude of OLAP, Relational and Object Stores.

The data flowing through our platform directly contributes to decision-making by our CFO and all levels of finance leadership. Responsibilities of this position include:

* Strong leadership, vision and passion to build and drive a Business Intelligence team to create changes in business partnerships, analytics, and metrics/reporting.
* Drive the design, development and implementation of our analytics platform to provide stakeholders with structured access to data.
* Champion proper adoption of self-service analytic tools and reporting environments.
* Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that monitor and to drive key business decisions.
* Promote best practices and mentor your team.
