KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Automation Administrator to join our organization. The position is open internally to all US KPMG locations and externally in the locations listed in this posting.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with the development of infrastructure designs and automation technologies to align with development and business needs
* Craft technical requirements from business requirements and projects, providing direction and blueprint for operational teams to deploy modern infrastructure components
* Interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and addresses impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure
* Implement specified technical specifications to fulfill infrastructure design requirements
* Direct teams in a matrix organization with regard to improving platform delivery as it relates to infrastructure management
* Automate provisioning, configuration, and ongoing support tasks for: Intel based server hardware - Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), Hypervisors - VMWare ESX, Hyper-V, KVM; Operating Systems - RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server and Network devices - Cisco, F5, and IBM

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years of senior level systems administrator experience, preferably in a large Enterprise Level Data Centers production environments
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
* Knowledge of enterprise datacenter automation technologies such as Puppet, Chef, Saltstack, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
* Solid trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
* Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
* Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
