Your Role and Responsibilities

This is global role located in Armonk NY and relocation services are not available for this role.

The mission of the Leadership and Management Development organization is to develop leaders who inspire IBMers and our clients to succeed in making the world work better and who help to create a company that is seen as essential to our clients and to the world. We are looking for a professional in leadership and management development to build on our legacy of excellence; focusing on enabling managers to influence, coach, and enhance the experience of all IBMers. The successful candidate will help manage existing programs, and help create innovative, comprehensive education experiences to offer a robust leadership journey from aspiring leaders to experienced managers.

In support of our mission and ambition, the incumbent will need to have a deep understanding of IBM's leadership challenges and draw on the full array of learning and consulting skills to achieve measurable impact. These skills include: design, data analysis, consulting, collaboration, and project or program management.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Collaborate effectively with partner organizations (ES&D, Diversity, HRP, et al.) to ensure a holistic perspective and approach to developing managers.
* Act as change agent to ensure that our development interventions, and those who deliver them, support new, transformational, ways of leading.
* Build relationships with the key leaders in the organization (i.e.HRVPs, ES&D Directors) and enterprise team members to foster collaboration and co-creation.
* Co-create programs and manage current offerings for the Management Development Portfolio.
* Participate in the design of leadership interventions, introducing new and innovative ideas to drive business value (both enterprise and BU specific).
* Support wider enterprise programs and leadership experiences.
* Manage program delivery to ensure effective and timely execution of program and project goals.
* Facilitate management and leadership programs and/or interventions and conduct individual coaching or consultations with stakeholders and partners (Learning Integrators, Facilitators, etc.).
* Operate in an agile way through the use of social and mobile ways to working.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

* At least 3 year of HR experience
* Collaboration with global teams
* Familiarity with the best practices in management.
* Experience integrating and analyzing different sources of data.
* Experience creating reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a global organization
* Understanding of key drivers of employee engagement
* Understanding of people manager selection criteria

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

* Masters Degree: MBA, Human Resources, or related field
* Project/Program Management Experience
* Understanding of program management at global level
