Job Description

The Mainframe Data Center Associate will monitor system alerts and take action. Following standard operating procedures, they will:

* Create incident tickets through ServiceNow
* Escalating issues to L2 or application teams
* Reply to messages from the console
* Resolve JCL Abends abnormal ends by following the Operator Instructions
* Execute IPLs and DRP test following standard operating procedures
* Execute requests for single job submissions
* Control batch critical path execution time
* Update the Operations Diary for shift hand over
