About the role:

We are looking for a product manager experienced in building machine learning tools to join our growing Product Development organization. This hire will be responsible for directing and delivering transformative initiatives within company. The ideal candidate is an experienced product evangelist with proven skills building best in class machine learning products and services from the ground up. This Product Management role is a cross functional role that works with other product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists and operations teams on machine learning initiatives that leverage ASR, NLU and NLG to drive an improved experience for our clinicians and scribes. This role incorporates aspects of technology integration, operational execution, and strategic partner and customer interactions. This individual must be self-directed and comfortable flexing between the strategic and the tactical to ensure timely delivery of the next generation of transformative products.

Required Qualifications:

* Capable of defining a strategy/vision for how machine learning will drive impact or Augmedix and our customers
* Very comfortable with data (cleaning, structuring, analyzing)
* Firm grasp of existing ML technologies and able to understand where to leverage existing commoditized technology / where to customize on top of commoditized technologies, and where to to build new technologies
* Proven experience building and integrating machine learning tools to drive business impact
* Intellectual curiosity and domain expertise in ML

* Ability to proactively identify areas where we can leverage ML to solve difficult problems
* Demonstrated experience in bringing new technology products and services to market, with an emphasis on data and machine learning products
* Experience in engaging with stakeholders to synthesize requirements
* Ability to work in and drive cross functional teams, including operations, product, design, and development
* Comfort in navigating between the technical depth with engineering/data science teams and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to handle a number of concurrent activities with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* A bias toward action and a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products and business models to market at rapid speed
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure and development for cloud based businesses
