Job Description

PeopleReady, a TrueBlue company, is looking for a LMS Administrator and Data Specialist to join their team in Tacoma.

The LMS Administrator and Data Specialist is responsible for the day to day management of the Learning Management System (LMS) in one of TrueBlue's primary businesses (PeopleReady). The Specialist works closely with TrueBlue corporate LMS owners and administrators to serve as the primary system administrator and configuration specialist for internal PeopleReady customers.

Responsibilities include end-to-end LMS activities, such as stakeholder needs assessment, course configurations, employee support, reporting, and maintaining system information, accuracy, and documentation. This role requires a high attention to detail and constant collaboration with TrueBlue corporate, all stakeholders within PeopleReady, and our vendor partners.

The LMS Administrator and Data Specialist will report to the Director of Training and will be based out of the HQ in Tacoma, Washington.

Primary Responsibilties

* Partner with system owners to schedule and manage LMS system projects from initial scope through implementation.
* Work with business stakeholders to anticipate, understand, and plan for their LMS requirements.
* Perform quality assurance checks on training courses and materials that have been developed and require LMS deployment, including self-paced, virtual, and live in-person courses and performance support materials.
* Manage end-to-end learning administration through the LMS, including scheduling, bulk learner enrollment, course creation, course assignment, reporting, program and curriculum management, and customizing system notifications.
* Maintain, update, and socialize the LMS content database and catalog.
* Generate and maintain all ad-hoc, scheduled, native, and custom reports with analysis on key training metrics meant to optimize learning.
* Manipulate data outputs to meet the needs of business partners and stakeholders including creating pivot tables, utilizing v-lookups, creating charts and other advanced Excel functions.
* Provide technical support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to internal customer inquiries, system maintenance and integrity. Conduct training for users of the LMS to include hands on demonstrations as required.
* Make recommendations based on experience and best practices to improve current processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working as an LMS administrator or analyst.
* A dvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio or similar programs). Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Teams a plus.
* E xcellent written and verbal communication skills.
* P roject management skills a plus.
* E xperience with SCORM and other LMS content elements.
