In the role of Linux Architect you will quickly and accurately analyze and understand technical problems, create a technical solution based upon deep technology expertise, industry knowledge, infrastructure management experience and creative, collaborative thinking. You will be responsible for defining and designing solutions, documenting and communicating these solutions and building consensus around the solution.

You should have an understanding of a broad set of infrastructure technologies (Cloud, Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Database, Monitoring and Automation). You must have expertise in infrastructure as code, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Automation (Chef, Ruby, Python, Terraform) and Open Source utilities (ELK, Kafka, Jenkins, OpenStack, OpenShift)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Develop strategic technology roadmaps for the Informatics infrastructure
* Provide deep technical/industry knowledge to guide solution development
* Provide technical leadership
* Effectively Analyze Technical Problems
* Develop Technical Solutions
* Build reliable, performant, secure infrastructures
