Essential Duties:

* Advanced Network troubleshooting and engineering.
* Provides technical support and troubleshoots problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks
* Proficiency in and knowledge of industry best practices regarding virtualization software and network infrastructure
* Maintains, monitors, and upgrades SAN/NAS storage systems
* Performs the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems
* Supports internal proprietary hardware & software
* Runs necessary system backups and restores
* May perform some programming and may be responsible for script writing
* Creates and maintains company databases
* Assists with Jira and Confluence administration and programming
* Provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

* 5 years' experience with network support and implementation
* 3-5 years' virtualization experience
* 3-5 years' experience with storage solutions
* 3 years' Office 365 experience
* Information Security experience is preferred
* Video Game or Software Development industry experience preferred
* Preferred Technical Degree or Certification (Microsoft Certified Developer) in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
