Job Description

Responsibilities

* Responsible for leading system design, build, tuning, maintenance, and documentation of all of iManage Work product suites and associated 3rd party modules deployed within NBCUniversal
* Responsible for leading day to day technical support for entire iManage environment, including enhancements, incidents, upgrades, and system patching
* Responsible for L2 technical support for global iManage user community and serving as a central knowledge source for iManage and related document management systems
* Responsible for overseeing additional legal applications and managing ongoing projects and resources from 3rd party vendors
* Being a liaison with legal/sourcing end users of all levels to share best practices and ensure a positive user experience
* Makes recommendations to upper management on new features and innovation ideas for all iManage work product suites and legal applications
* Collaborates with internal IT and 3rd party resources for projects, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
* Plays a key role in developing and mentoring junior staffs

Qualifications/Requirements

5+ years of experience with iManage Work and related 3rd party modules and applications (required)

Experience in planning, scaling, installing, and configuring iManage Work product suites, including WorkSite server and Communications server (required)

Demonstrated SQL expertise (required)

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

IDOL server and mobility servers experience with Prosperoware Milan (preferred)

Demonstrated experience and understanding of systems support and administration, including patching, maintenance, and log monitoring

Expert level system troubleshooting experience, including MS Office, Acrobat, and Desktop OS and integration issues

Experience with legal industry and matter centric environments

Experience leading project teams to implement complex software solutions in a global, multi-company environment

Experience in deploying and maintaining latest contract lifecycle management tools

Strong communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to tailor communications for the intended audience

Strong time and task management skills with proven ability to multi-task and maintain professional demeanor under pressure
