Amazon is investing in the growing business of online Wedding Registries, and we are looking for an experienced UX designer to help define the future of our product. This role will manage the design and customer experience of the Registry. In this highly visible role, you will work heavily with the tech team to ensure both the needs of our customer and the business are met.

Key responsibilities for this role:

* Close coordination with business and technology teams to develop a shared vision of a future state and lead a process to define the experience and design to deliver.
* Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web and on-device software applications
* Drive research projects to further develop the understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development.
* Drive the development and communication of design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
* Perform metrics analysis to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
* Partner with the Amazon retail teams to ensure we maintain and adhere to Amazon experiential principles.
