Introducing a new product to market is a complex process. Come build a team that makes it more simple and efficient. As our Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI), you will work closely with our Hardware, Software, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Operations teams to transform the process we use to deliver high-value products to our customers. You will build a team of talented Technical Program Managers capable of delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. You will provide strategic mentorship to your team in ways that reflect our culture and result in the best cross-functional thinking.

You will:

* Launch and build Meraki's Technical Program Management team to support NPI. In partnership with senior leaders and managers develop the team's scope and operating practices.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of excellent Technical Program Managers to support functions within the launch process.
* Design and refine the NPI process to ensure a timely, collaborative, and efficient product introduction motion
* Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities
* Set metrics and governance for Meraki's NPI process to assess performance and improve our return on investment
* Craft project status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders on the NPI process performance
