What you'll be doing...

The Global Real Estate/Global Supply Chain Systems team at Verizon is looking for Lead Sys Cslt-Sys Anly & Prg for the Global Real Estate organization. This position is responsible for developing and supporting GRE Operations through identifying, valuating and prioritizing real estate operation solution innovations and improvements, as well as ensuring their timely execution.

The successful candidate will work as a subject matter expert of Tririga responsible for effectively linking real estate operations strategy to IT and provide technical and solution support to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will also partner with real estate managers and business analysts who provide business requirements and business intelligence for various real estate initiatives. This person will also be responsible for the business and systems support for key real estate systems, including the linkage between multiple third party applications.

This role will require extensive partnering withthird party developers, Finance IT as well as a variety of stakeholder groups across VZ including Network Engineering, Finance, Lease Accounting, and all Real Estate Operations groups.

The successful candidate will have extensive real estate operations and systems knowledge and he/she will be the primary interface to third party development providers representing all real estate operation functions.

This position is a lead role and is the catalyst for driving continuous improvement while leading the business deployment of real estate operations solutions. Responsibilities include project management, process subject matter expertise to implement solutions, data quality management, business acceptance testing, delivery of training programs, and communication of the improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant work experience.
* Business application support experience.

Even better if you have:

* Bachelor's degree.
* Knowledge of real estate operational business processes, sourcing, procurement or supplier management experience
* Basic SQL report writing skills.
* System training and end user testing experience
* Strong Access, Visio and Project skills.
* Strong knowledge of Real Estate systems and best of breed real estate solutions.
