Lead Software Engineer Rocksbox

Job Description

We're hiring for our San Francisco office and are looking for the lead developer of our small (currently 5 person) engineering team. This person will:

* Collaborate closely with your manager, the Director of Engineering
* Set the technical vision for how we drive our codebase forward to better support the company's business needs
* Give guidance to the team while fostering autonomy in every individual
* Spend some of your time regularly shipping in our Rails+React stack
