The Xbox Business Engineering Team is looking for an experience lead software design engineer to join our growing team of talented engineers that are building the future of gaming today!

Qualifications include:

* 10 years of experience shipping high quality software products
* 5 years managing a team of engineers
* Expertise in managing in agile software environments
* Proven communication and negotiation skills
* Expertise with Javascript, React, Electron and associated technologies
