Job Description

JLL is looking for a Lead .Net developer who has a proven record of accomplishment in developing web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL queries and stored procedures.

What this job involves:

* Design and develop applications using .NET 4.0, ASP.NET, and C#.NET
* Able to develop SQL queries and stored procedures
* Interfaces with customers across multiple business units and client facing teams
* Productive team member in a real-time environment and virtually when necessary
* Possess solid organizational skills to manage and complete assigned tasks within the constraints of project timelines and budget.

* 7+ years' experience designing web-based applications using .Net
* Strong skills in SQL database
* Possess strong technical and interpersonal skills necessary for success on a high performing team
* Advanced skill and experience level with .NET applications, enterprise application integration, n-tier architecture, SQL, relational databases
* Knowledge of real estate industry or technology

Education:

* Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from a reputed University
